Our History

Frameware began in 1985, when Carmen DeLuccia founded the company in a small factory of under 4,000 square feet. From those modest beginnings, he built a business grounded in quality and a commitment to the people it served.

In 2007, Carmen moved into the role of Vice President of Operations and passed leadership to his son, Dean. With a background in marketing and management, Dean had been part of the company since 1994 and was well prepared to carry the business forward.

Frameware has always been an industry pioneer. We published a yearly catalog and were among the first companies in our field to launch our own website, which opened the door to e-commerce and new ways of reaching our customers.

Today, Frameware, LLC is proudly part of The Fletcher-Terry Company. Our philosophy hasn't changed: we continue to set the industry standard for quality, performance, and customer service.
