Minimum Orders

The minimum order amount on our online store is $35. Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. Orders that require expedited shipping must be received before 2pm EST.

Prices

Prices are F.O.B. Fairfield, NJ and subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis at prices and terms in effect at the time of sale. 

Refunds & Returns

No merchandise is to be returned without authorization from Frameware, LLC. For more information, please see our Return & Refund Policy. 

Taxes

If, under any law, Frameware, LLC is required to pay or collect tax, use tax, or exercise tax, the amount of these taxes will be added to the order and collected at checkout, unless a Tax-Exempt Certificate is supplied. 

Taxes on orders placed at shop.fletcher-terry.com will be collected if the account’s billing address is located within the State of New Jersey.
