The U-300P is a bench-top, semi-automatic pneumatic frame joining machine, perfect for custom framers and sign & graphic shops. It has a compact, well constructed design will allow for many years of trouble free use.
After the operator sets up to 3 position stops, press the footpad halfway to bring down the vertical and horizontal clamps to hold the frame in place. Fully pressing the footpad will insert the V-Nail. A hand lever on the side of the machine will pneumatically move the nail head to the next stop, and repeat the process till all V-Nails are inserted. The V-Nails are inserted via footpad operated by pneumatic air, no electricity required. The table-top footprint is: 14" x 25" x 20" (350mm x 640mm x 500mm).
The U-300P can accommodate moulding as wide as 3-1/4" (80mm) and as tall as 3-1/4" (80mm). Uses V-Nail sizes 3,5,7,10,12 and 15mm for SW, HW or HDF, but additional nail heads may need to by purchased (please see purchase package below).
